Problems logging in

My user name and password do not work
Make sure that you have entered your username (email address) and password into the right boxes, exactly as you did when signed up to Ecard Mint (case sensitive). If you still can not log into your account after re-entering your log in details, click on the link called 'My Account' and click on the link that says: 'forgotten password', you will then be asked to enter your email address. Follow the instructions, then check your email inbox, as you will be sent an email containing a link. Click the link, and follow the instructions to re-set your password.

I have lost my password and log-in name (email address)
If you have lost or forgotten your password and the email address you entered when you signed up, please send us an email to [email protected], including your name, company name, phone number and the date you signed up to Ecard Mint, and we will then be able to trace your account and get back to you with new log in details.

I am seeing a message telling me that my email or password have not been recognised
You are probably incorrectly entering the password or email address you selected when you signed up. Please check the spelling and case sensitive text and try again. If you still can not log in, send us an email to [email protected], including your name, company name, phone number and the date you signed up to Ecard Mint, and we will then be able to trace your account and get back to you with new log in details.
