And although it might seem a little bit silly, it’s all for a good cause as the organisation has raised $88.5 million in the US alone – a figure that keeps on rising.

It’s pretty remarkable, especially considering that in the same period last year, the charity reported that it collected just $2.6 million. And whilst the sheer amount of money that has been donated is obviously the main goal, the Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS and MND Association (its UK counterpart) has had another positive effect: raising awareness.

And whilst the challenge has been largely focused on individuals promoting the charity, you might be wondering how to go about raising awareness on behalf of your company…
